The second was definitely better than the first. With the relationship already going (for a short period of time) you clearly see the romance, and how they can (almost) be completely honest with one another. The fact that Flynn has done everything in his power to help Natalie get over her troubling past is amazing for someone who isn't into a typical relationship.
In the second novel, you can tell Natalie is able to explore more of Flynn's celebrity lifestyle by going to award shows and travelling anywhere anytime. Although there is reluctance going on, it is a relationship you are truly rooting for.
I'm not a huge fan of the bdsm and the fact that Natalie gave her entire self to Flynn and he held back with the most important part of his life is heartbreaking for her.
overall this book was great, and the ending was not entirely what I expected.
