Maggie returns home after the tragic passing of her dearest friend Celeste. What is initially deemed a suicide, is looking more and more like murder. Maggie uncovers a few of Celeste’s diaries and it appears like there could be a few influential men who could potentially have motive… Without alerting those closest to Celeste is it possible for Maggie to uncover the truth with the help from a PI?
It took me quite a while to finish this one, but I did enjoy it.
This was unlike other works I’ve read by Tucker. It had elements of a romance but was more mystery/thriller focused.
