Eleventh in the Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series. The books at this point in the series are still leaning erotica heavy. This novel does have other elements that are more prevalent. Such as the mystery in this book although that is fairly minor. The vampire politics are a larger plot point in this book, but still lesser present then the erotica. The erotica elements are still the main driving force in this book. The balance between mystery and erotica are getting closer, but not there yet. Not a personal favorite in the series, but not the worst. Very middle of the road.
