Honestly Im disappointed.
The premise is good, the execution however... You can call it "horror" by describing a character eating maggots but i feel like the entire thing is just a compilation of gross ideas and a struggle to tie them together coherently. Even the horror parts were kinda meh. For me, this novel lacked credibility. The descent of one of the characters into her delusions was too inorganic for me. Too fast, not gradual enough and just not believable. I feel the same way about the characters falling in love after three emails.
I really do like thats its compiled from emails and online messages, i dont think it worked with this specific story however.
Im glad this was so short and i didnt have to spend more time on it.
