The first book in the Off Campus series, the story centers around Hannah, a music major and Garrett, captain of the hockey team. They live separate lives until their paths cross and a fake dating deal is struck.
Wow! This was a spicy read! I don’t consider myself a prude but some of the vulgarity, especially the beginning, was enough to make me blush ☺️. This book was not unique in its plot line but it didn’t need to be an order to draw me in. I appreciated the dual POV‘s from both main characters and I absolutely adored Hannah and Garrett and how their relationship developed almost by accident. I loved their banter and their friendship before lovers made it all the more special! Kennedy also writes in a strong cast of friends that have your back no matter what and this added a nice layer to the story.
Sometimes you just need to take a book for what it is and this was a fun, spicy romantic fiction❤️. And if you are keeping track of book boyfriends, Garrett does not disappoint!
