The Road to Woodstock by Michael Lang

informative inspiring lighthearted fast-paced

3.5

Very informative book about how woodstock was formed and what occurred leading up to and during the festival. However, I think the author (co-founder) was somewhat biased when describing arguments about festival handlings and grievances. It was a wonderful description of how Woodstock became such a large part of the cultural zeitgeist and its effect on what “peace and love” mean.
