Would not read again, but I loved seeing where inspiration was pulled from for the contemporary adaptations that I love.
This books actually reads like a farce. There were more comedic elements than what I was expecting being familiar with the darker toned adaptations I grew up with. It was a very slow read but I’m glad I got through it
