This is the 3rd in the Sweet Lake series but certainly could be a stand alone (but why would you want to miss the first 2???) and I so love Christine Nolfi's writing.
The Sirens are just as funny and endearing (and nosey!) as ever. I loved the developing relationship between Jada, the Wayfair Inn chef, and the adorable little girl, Fancy, who is bigger than life. The writing is solid, the plot interesting and the characters are varied and so well developed, and loved the way they intertwined with each other and the way written it made me want to know them and care about them. The story is about love, friends, family and forgiveness. This gets a 5 star but only because I can't go higher!
