Few Are Angels by Inger Iversen

I had such high hopes for this book. It had been on my TBR list for quite some time so I was more than excited to finally start it. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a struggle, and I couldn't get through more than fifty percent of it. There just didn't appear to be anything of great significance happening. I didn't feel any connection to the characters at all. Kale just disappeared from the story for a big chunk of it, and I found some of the interactions between characters quite random.

Really sad not to have any great feels for this book because I really loved Kale in the prequel. No star rating because I didn't finish, but from what I did read, it would be a 1.5 to 2 star read for me.
