A Likely Story by Jenn McKinlay

4.0

A Likely Story is the sixth installment in the Library Lover's Mystery series and I am really happy that this is one of the series I decided to bump up on my TBR pile. I love any cozy mystery that is related to or has a book theme so this series is right up my ally. The characters are well written and strong. The secondary cast is diverse and adds so much depth and dimension to the overall stories. I've decided that I want to belong to the crafternoon club. They are a terrific group of women. The mystery was woven nicely through the entire story and the book had a brisk pace that kept me turning pages. Unlike other books in the series, the suspects were somewhat limited so this time around I thought I had an idea of the killer's identity. That being said, the author did throw in a nice twist at the end and I didn't totally guess right.

I'm off to read book 7 in the series. I'm trying to catch up so that I am current when book 10 comes out later this year.
