Not my genre so for me this was just okay. Osman has a humorous and engaging style that I enjoyed, a bit like he's lovingly teasing everyone and everything. I didn't feel like I got much of a sense of the character, which is a shame because strong characters was something I'd heard about this book before going in, but perhaps that's more of a theme of the series as a whole. Doubt I'll pick up the rest.
