Spoilers Ahead: This is a very good slow-burn book. I’m not too much of a fan of slow-burn romances, and this went on a little longer than I think is necessary, but I did enjoy it. There was a lot, possibly too much, into their personal lives, and not enough into their romance, but that’s a personal preference. I’m not a fan of the miscommunication within the story, I think everything could have been sorted out quicker if they’d have just spoken. But it was a very nice romance, and the blossoming relationship between Rebecca and Jack was really well written, and both of their characters were very realistically written. I would have liked to heard more about Jack’s brother, especially after he confronted him about cheating, as I think that was left ad a bit of a loose end, but other than that, a very enjoyable read.
