Lots of solid information in here. I had mixed feelings about it. It liked the bullet points at the end of each section, yet they made it really long. It was thorough, yet it duplicated much of what I'd read in other self-improvement books. If you read lots of self-improvement books, I'd say skip this one. If you're instead looking for one great resource; this is the perfect book for you.
