Okay, maybe I can find a fault in CoHos writing. I loved all the characters as a whole, but there was one moment in this one where I felt that one MMC was pushing the FMC into something they didn't want...
I attempted to read this as a buddy read right after finishing my first BR. Well, it didn't go so well. It took a while for me to get into this one. The pacing was a little slower than other CoHos I've read and I already saw from chapter one at least how one conflict was going to arise.
Yes, there were some details around that plot that I wasn't expecting, but some were pretty well laid out before the realization occurred with our characters.
I did enjoy both POVs this is written in - I'm always up for that! And I appreciate that there never was a rehash of the same event from the other POV, instead our timeline kept moving forward!
Also the ending was absolutely adorable!!
