The Castlemaine Murders by Kerry Greenwood

4.0

Phryne Fisher has become the target of an unknown criminal after she discovers a 70 year old body. The police are not interested in such an old case so she must solve the case herself. There are of course other things going on like her lover trying to solve the cause of a family feud.

Both cases lead to Castlemaine.

I enjoyed the setting of this book and the images created of 1920's Melbourne and Castlemaine. It is a simpler time though by no means peaceful.

This was an enjoyable and recommended read.
