An oddity of a book, written in a matter of fact tone despite the absurdity of the content. The Cabinet's structure is nothing like any book I have ever read. It chronicles the files of the 'symptomers' and Mr. Kong's life. This genre-defying novel uses interconnecting vignettes to make points about society.
