Silver Spoon, Vol. 1 by Hiromu Arakawa

3.5 stars. I'm new to slice-of-life manga, but this is certainly promising. It's Arakawa so it's no surprise that the art, humour and characters are all incredibly well done. I also couldn't help but laugh at some Fullmetal Alchemist faces showing up on new characters.
