Did not finish book. Stopped at 34%.
The first part of the book (there are three parts, first one about Elios dad, second about Elio and third part about Oliver) was so long and uninteresting. It was so boring to read about an old man's mid-life crisis and his "infatuation" with a woman around his sons age. TW for the next sentence (incest and underage sexual activites), marked in cursive. And there's 3 pages of graphic incest Between the young woman when she was 15 or 16 and her 18 year old brother. Theres also a lot of explicit sex and sexual activities between elios dad and the young woman that are just cringe to read. Half of the book is about him and its quite frankly very boring. It was not worth finishing tbh. I might pick it up again but skip the father part all together.
