I've now read this book four times, and of those four times, I've enjoyed it once.
I don't know if its because I'm a little bit older and wiser, or just more willing to appreciate a story that focuses on shitty people, but this time around, it was a five star read. Fitzgerald truly has some beautiful writing stuck into this book.
So overall, if you hate this book, I don't blame you, I've been there. But it got better for me, so maybe you want to try again?
