Devil's Game by Joanna Wylde

I don't know why I keep reading these. I was forced to relive the world's most boring kidnapping (which took place in book two) for the first FIFTY percent of this god awful story. Em and Liam have no real connection throughout. We're told multiple times that they have these incredibly deep and bonding conversations, but conveniently, they always take place off page. The conversations that take place on page are full of red flags and extremely concerning.
Its bad enough that Liam literally kidnaps Em, but he also takes nude photos of her without her consent and threatens to send them TO HER DAD!!! This is all resolved when he gallantly allows her to kick him in the balls????? They also get into another fight later in the book because of the photos, which is again resolved by her kicking him in the balls. I could go on and on about the insanity but I think I've wasted enough time on this series.
