Well.. sequels have been surprising me. I loved this book for many reasons, one, they had a CHARACTER INDEX, i need to rant about this. If you’re like me and don’t usually read sequels because you’re always reading new books/series, these need to be normalized. At the beginning of the book it takes up around three front and back pages that are filled with characters and what they’re general background is, so if you don’t remember a character it’s a refresher l! Or if you forgot what the characters role is you can always go and look it up in the front! Also the map for this book was beautiful, as always I’m a sucker when it comes to a good map. The characters in this book were great and I loved how the characters were always figuring out events and piecing things together. If I was in a book I would be most likely dead within days because I don’t know how to think under pressured situations. The two characters in this book I kept getting confused with were the two old guys that one both helped the two female leads. The ending had me surprised and I can’t believe I’m finally reading a series where not all the books are already published.
