London is a well-renowned psychologist who has learned how to get into the minds of serial killers and figure out their “why”. Enter convict Grayson who is determined to figure out why exactly London is the best of the best. It’s only a matter of time before traps are placed, walls are broken, and secrets are exposed.

Now this series was 😳 The variety of angles the author hits you with and the intricacies of both London and Grayson’s mind are so perplexing. Both chronic manipulators at the top of their class, both people who bend to their flesh more often than not, and the emotion between the two is incredibly described in Trisha’s writing. I think the split between both books was perfect, they weren’t too long or too short. I appreciated how we got to experience different sides of London throughout the story, and I felt like her development was craftily hidden within the POVs which I thought was extremely interesting. I felt like mostly everything was tied into a neat little bow by the end of “Born, Madly”, and I got to say, this is a great psychological thriller that will keep you guessing and question who is really the victim.
