This novella is such a beautiful and wonderful read, so philosophical and touching in its coverage of themes regarding mental disability and human experiments. With that said, I do believe that there are some flaws that hinders this from being a 5 star read, particularly in the fact that Charlie's writing isn't always consistent with his thought process, or how his mental progression was a bit too fast-paced for my liking, but the novella is an overall great concept and brilliantly executed in epistolary form. 4.5/5
