To Love a Hellion by Nicola Davidson

Did not finish book. Stopped at 30%.

DNF @ 30%. Didn’t love the put-downs of the women looking for a husband (“gaggles of frightful females”) especially given their limited options at the time, ableist language, or the hero (“Christ, he hated female tears”). It was also feeling a little slow and it sounds like the first part of the book was the best.
