The Value of a Star: Ratings Explained

It's a fun day when the final book in a favorite series is published.

It's a great day when the final book in a favorite series meets expectations.

It's an awesome day when the final book in a favorite series gives more than you expected, ends the series perfectly, and makes you smile when you close the cover.

This is an awesome day.

If you're a fan of The Immortal Descendants series, great news: Cheating Death is as fantastic as you hoped it would be. Get a copy and read it now.

If you're not a fan of The Immortal Descendants series, it's time to fix that.

Start with Marking Time, which was the winner of the YA 2016 Library Journal Indie E-Book Award. I'm betting you'll be hooked by one of the following:

--Time travel
--Vampires that don't sparkle
--Shape shifters
--A school where gifted descendants of immortals learn to use their powers
--A cold war along ancient family blood lines
--Jack the Ripper
--Enduring characters, particularly a strong female lead
--Historical fiction that's smart AND fun

Did I mention Marking Time is free? Seriously people. This isn't a hard decision.

I recommend the Immortal Descendant series for ages 14 and up.

Happy reading!
