“I think someday you’ll hate me. You’ll cut me open and find a garden of rot where my heart should be.”

This was one of the most heart wrenching stories I have ever read. Disturbing and so beautiful all at once. My heart actually breaks and aches for Andrew and Thomas.

The last few chapters of this book had me so messed up. I’m not sure I’ll ever recover from this one.

“If you’ve turned the last page and are now frowning at the wall, then everything is as it should be”

Thanks for that, C.G. Drews. I’m going to be thinking about this one for a while.
