For a bit I considered making this a DNF - but I’m glad I stuck it out. The magic of being able to time travel and meet a passed family member as their younger self was truly such a unique and entertaining twist.
I think the realization of the time change coming so late into the book really threw me off for a bit tho. Was also left with several open questions as to how it all happened and then went back to modern day. And I didn’t love the last few encounters with Adam and how all that went down.
Rating this overall a 3 for the time it took me to get into the book and unexplained twists, but ultimately left me with a warm cozy feeling at the ending.
