The Thoughtful Throuple of Orc Mountain đź’š

Another home run by Finley! I’ve wanted to learn more about our Grisk Disaster Twins, Varinn and Thrain, since we got to know them better in Governess and the Orcs. Varinn is such a good teacher, it was obvious he deserved a son of his own ❤️ I was immediately invested in Kitty and her keen eye for the trade business - what a great new aspect to bring to our Orc Mountain family! And we get to grow with Thrain as he struggles with his substance issues. Fans of the miscommunication trope, get excited for a triple serving! Through it all, we get the sneaky orc schemes, the overthinking human, the bond of love and brotherhood, and the happiness of finding one’s place.

And as per usual with our naughty orcs and their mates, expect plenty of… ahem… ✨juicy juicy bananas and peaches✨. And glimmering Grisk gold!

I loved the tie in to more of the Orc mythology and learning about the Orc family history, it makes the world feel even more complete and I can’t wait for the next book!
