Small Miracles by Olivia Atwater
3.5
Content warning: disordered eating, grief, substance abuse (alcohol), bullying
I got the audiobook on sale from Kobo, but ended up switching to the ebook about a chapter in because I found the background music/sound effects to be really distracting. If you, like me, prefer to just have narration/no supplemental noises then I'd recommend checking out the ebook or physical copy, rather than audio. This was kind of slow to start, and I didn't really like how food was labeled as "guilty" or notalthough it does get a bit better near the end . The story does pick up near the end.
