There are a lot of things that irritated me but at the same time I get where she is coming from since I too lost my mom... the whole thing was just a horrible experience.
BUT further into the story you get the big picture and finding out the truth and I honestly have to say... both her parents aren't good people.

Also, I wouldn't have forgave that boy. That was a shit situation all together. But the ending was sweet.
