This book presents itself with a level of maturity that I appreciate. It's not maturity in the sense that it reads like Dash, the main character, is a teenager or adult but rather a realistic yet level headed middle schooler. Gibbs also maintains adequate suspension of disbelief even with the moon base setting and the simply nasty Sjoburg space tourist family. I also really enjoyed the blend of mystery and alien contact present in this book as well as the other two in the series.
