Bloody brilliant. So much happened. Like SOOO much. But it was all so creative and imaginative that I couldn’t help marvel at it. The questions the previous books left all closed nicely, everything finished in an extremely satisfying way. You couldn’t have asked for a better end to be honest. Heartbreaking but truthful. I would have cried at the last few chapters had I not been at work and forcing myself not too. The love between Lyra and Will ended up being so beautifully described that it really tugged my heartstrings. I’m so glad I kept at it. I almost didn’t after the second one.
