Empowering Women With ADHD: Navigating a world not designed for us! by Michelle Saline

Overall, I think it’s a good, general knowledge book about ADHD. But it doesn’t have a ton of info that’s specific to ADULT WOMEN. It actually mentions children and their issues just as much, if not more than it discusses women. Also, I wouldn’t call it empowering, but it does make you feel like you aren’t alone. It’s weird because the beginning and the end referred to women more than the rest of the book. It was like two different books?
