I scored the first four of these books in a box set (I couldn't find the correct box-set here on GR, so I'm having to review them as separate books. Like it really matters LOL)

I was surprised by this story to say the least lol I wasn't expecting the dom/dub trope, mostly because I don't seek out that trope at all. Don't get me wrong, I think a bit of playfulness with it is nice, but nothing like this. Yet I felt like in this story it really wasn't too bad, it could've been a lot more hardcore.

I really enjoyed how the author gave these two a professional relationship with crossing over the lines of student and professor. Given they both had the hots for one another right from the start, but their relationship didn't grow intimate until after the semester was over.

The relationship between Keira and Will was both sweet and saucy. I felt like, though everything was rushed the author did a good job of not making it feel like it was too fictional and unbelievable. They added in situations that us real people could go through (ie parents' health, always taking care of the family rather than yourself.)

Overall, it was a good book! I would recommend, but definitely check your trigger warnings!
