Some ppl hate this book bcs of how insane the toxic masculinity in this but let's be honest men from sport department are like this. It’s cringe but good cringe. Haven't read this type of book for SO LONG. last time i read was on Wattpad.
Also, what irks me the most is how Garrett’s best friends treat Hannah. They treat her as if she's a sack of potatoes to be tossed around (meaning share her w/ everyone for sex). Which is shouldn't be a disappointment at all bcs that's what men do.
One thing what this book thought and continuously make me realize that real men actually act like this. And that's a good thing bcs that's rarely happens in fictional romance books
