So I loved the first book in this trilogy a lot more than I thought I was going to. Despite that, I didn’t really have any plans to pick this one up, but I’m glad I did! I loveeee Noemi and Abel so much, as well as a lot of the discussions in these books.
I’m only docking a star because I feel like the last book might be going in a direction I don’t really like...but that’s also personal preference. I loved all the plot points in the first book, and the ones in this book were just less of what I was interested in. I’m especially worried about how the third book is handled, but it comes out in a couple months and hopefully I’ll love it!
