Kiss by Jill Mansell
2.0
It took me ages to read this book, and I must have considered stopping a dozen times but I did finish.
The first part wasn't too bad and I was engaged in the characters but then it just blew up like a plotline bomb. Affairs, lies, misunderstandings, more affairs, pregnancies, illnesses, secret loves, career changes, personality changes. It was insane.
The characters I'd quite liked at the start all became horrendous, I think Sam was the only stable character.
It was also way too long, and it felt like the many plots had been picked to fill a word count rather than the word count existed because of several good plots.
Definitely not my favourite by Mansell. Rated 2 because I did start off positively.
