One Dark and Stormy Knight by Serenity Woods, Hermione Moon

Content: clean, very little romance
Cozy mysteries are not my go-to read. I usually just find them ok. This book was a complete surprise to me. Someone suggested it and I though why not. I absolutely loved it. Honestly I was a little weary with the King Arthur angel but that was probably one of my favorite parts. Even though he was a main character in the story we don’t actually physically see a ton of him. What little we do showed the kind of man the author wrote him as. Smart, witty, loyal, loving, kind. I seriously cannot wait to read more about him in the next book.
Then there was Gwen. She’s a witch who hasn’t quite grown into her powers yet. She has such a good soul, feeling grief even for those who wronged her. It was a sweet love story filled with a good mystery that wasn’t obvious. Highly impressed with this book and am excited to read more by this author.
