This book took me a bit to get into and I found it slow at times. I really enjoyed the character development and back story. There are lots of historical elements twisted into the story and I think that this book would be even more interesting for someone who loves history. I will say I loved the ending. Overall I’m not disappointed, it just was not a page-turner for me.
