Eroan Ilanea, you’re my everything. I don’t need a dragon, I’m all-dragon with you. I’m not going anywhere, because I have everything I need right here. I love you now, I loved you yesterday, and I’ll love you a hundred years from now. I’m never going to stop loving you because you’re my heart and my soul and my reason for living.

Note that this is a very biased review of this book. I love all these characters so much that cannot speak poorly of them. I found the story a little difficult to get into, but - once I settled back into the world - I found myself smiling at their cute little shenanigans. It by no means has to be read for a complete experience of Nash's world, but it is a lovely conclusion to the whole series.

Please be aware that you should read all four other books (excluding the novellas) before reading this one and the trigger warnings for the other books still hold here, although the subjects are mentioned and not occurring on page.
