This book provides a step-by-step guide to eternal confidence. I feel the author and I share a lot of similarities while growing up, she and I, both come under the nerd group of the class, we both thought 1000 times before approaching someone. Well, this book was truly a need of an hour, trust me when I say I need this, I do. While looking at some people it looks so flawless, how conversation comes to them while I was sitting on the first bench with my nerd glasses, reading a book. The only difference between her and me was, she decided to work upon herself in college, and changed, while in my case I was the same. This book works step by step first on your internal self and then external. First, this focuses on how the human mind works and then slowly and steadily on our subconscious mind and then to our outer self. The author has shared quite some of her personal incidents too, The book is well-researched and I really like this book because the steps given in this book are quite practical rather than theoretical. The chapter that had the most influence on me was the Power of dressing and How to make a video. The language is lucid and flowy. The cover of this book is simple yet beautiful. I recommend this book to everyone who lacks confidence and feels shy while approaching anyone to talk. I have read a nonfiction book after ages and I absolutely loved it.
