Ghost Station by S.A. Barnes

dark mysterious tense medium-paced

4.75

I already had this preordered solely based on how much I liked Dead Silence. So when the opportunity to read it early came along, I jumped at it, and I like it even better.

This story is very cinematic, with tons of atmosphere and creeping dread. I’d love to see it get a movie. Barnes really nailed the “same thing, only different” concept. It feels familiar, but unique.

My thanks to Tor Nightfire and S.A. Barnes for providing a review copy.
