Wow.  As a female scientist in a marriage with another scientist in the same field, this book sent chills down my spine more times then I wanted to admit.  I would recommend to any female scientist in a heart beat, and to other women that do not understand.  I hope every man reads this to begin to comprehend the sacrifices and decisions that women faced in the past.  It started slow for me, but probably because of my personal background.  The story was enticing.
