I recently got into Star Wars books on audio. They’re so good! And that got me thinking…are Star Trek books good, too? I love Voyager, so I chose this one to start exploring. It takes place immediately after the last episode of Voyager. As a fan of the show, I really enjoyed this book. Since I know the characters so well, reading the book was a lot like watching an episode, because I could see and hear all of the characters in my head clearly. The writing was fine, not the best, but this was definitely a pleasure-read for me. 
CW: there are random short chapters that depict child abuse. I skipped them completely and still enjoyed the story.
