The Nature Fix: Why Nature Makes Us Happier, Healthier, and More Creative by Florence Williams

Overall a great, informative read. Droned on for a bit at points but I enjoyed the statistics and personal anecdotes.
Could the book have been condensed a bit? Sure. There were some points where I felt like the same thing was being repeated, just in a different way.
At the end of the day, the takeaway is as one would expect: Spending time in nature is crucial for our wellbeing and health. Spend as much time out in it as you can.
If you're looking for a convincing compilation of evidence to support the notion of the power of nature, you will find this book is exactly that, plus a little more.
8/10 recommended.
