The Cold War: A New History by John Lewis Gaddis
3.0
2.5/5
A bit disappointed here. I expected something at least somewhat more comprehensive and overarching. Instead I got a very US centric view of this wildly interesting period of global conflict.
I'm new to learning history, so I value that this book showed me how to recognize a biased view. I also learned I prefer more depth. This very loose overview wasn't really helpful for me much at all.
