Honestly, most of what I wrote about Binding 13 stands true for this book except the world and characters are built up even more after another 800 pages. That made it an even better reading experience for me. I think the plot also came to a climax as well, for both Shannon and Johnny and it followed the first book so well and completed an amazing map of character development. The climax at her house with her mother and father was heartbreaking and I actually really liked the inclusion of her brothers. They were very cute and I loved their relationship with Johnny's Mom and Dad. Or should I say Mum. #Ireland I Love broadening my geological horizons. It brought me back to my study abroad roots. I also love how we got some degree of separation in this book between Johnny and Shannon - I feel like that made them seem a lot more mature (which I love for them). And I loved their little reunion.

I'm also excited for more books in this universe. I really want to read more about Joey, Claire, Gibsie and more, and there's already two books out in addition to this little duology, so I will definitely keep reading!
