It has been years since I read this...
I do only remember a few parts, which is not too good a sign, as I am usually really good with remembering anything I read.
I do remember that it took me a while to get into the story, but then I liked it quite well. I especially enjoyed the sort of dwarven race! I want to see more dwarves please!
It was a bit of a slow burner, and I didn't want to pick up the next one right away.
As it is 7 years later now, I will have to give the series a new try sometime soon!
