This book was so great, I started crying reading it to my daughters. What a powerful & empowering story. We listened to the song and turned through the pages a second time through and it matches exactly- I figured there’d be extra choruses or something but there weren’t. I love the illustrations and the message- she loved her coat because her mom sewed love with every stitch, and you have the power to feel as rich as you want. Beautiful. I admire Dolly Parton for so many reasons, and now this is one reason more.
