Surprisingly hopeful - powerful telling of life in the 40s and 50s during the repeated attacks and colonization of Palestine. Three short narratives of the author’s father (when he was a child) and her grandmother & great grandmother. In awe of these incredible Palestinian women & the courage & determination they have & passed along to their family
